-- Photos that you can leave.
Include your home, the area you want to develop and the surrounding area 

-- Measurements of your home.  A survey is helpful 

-- Measure and locate windows, doors, walks, drives, sidewalks, etc. 

-- Locate existing trees, shrubs, overhead and underground utility lines and property lines 

-- Measurements for water faucets & downspouts, air conditioners, vents and utility meters 

-- Traffic patterns 

 

Make notes on: 

-- Which direction the area faces, locate north 

-- Wind direction & exposures 

-- Sunny and shady areas 

-- Pleasant or unwanted views 

-- Slopes 

-- Drainage issues 

 

We will listen to your ideas and needs, then design a plan to scale.  Plants will be selected to provide the colors and look you requested and meet the needs of your growing conditions, maintenance factors and budget.

 

You may need to leave your information to allow us time to develop your plan. Larger and extensive plans may be better served with our on site consultation service.  Estimates are provided at no charge, design fees may apply.
